Sometimes I just want a dress that’s fancy with plenty of delicate touches. At the same time, however, I don’t want something that’s over-the-top formal. This Floral Border Dress has all the charm of a regal gown without the pomp and circumstance.

A combination of layered fabric and texture gives this dress its enchanting features. The sheer crinkled georgette overdress adds delightful flow to the outfit. An asymmetrical hem on the overdress shows off the brilliant floral pattern, as well as the underdress.
