The potential longevity of the clothing I buy is something I forget all too often while I’m shopping, but that I wish I had remembered when I go to my closet and find hanger after hanger of tops and dresses that I’ve only worn once. Longevity is a nice feature of this silk wrap blouse by Lane Bryant. Because of the wrap-with-tie design, it’s adjustable by nature. I have a blouse made by Lane Bryant that is very similar to this one and even though I bought it a few dress sizes ago, all I have to do is change the position of the tie to make it fit. While the super silky fabric of the blouse can cause the tie to slip if not secured properly, it’s nothing that a little extra attention won’t fix. And don’t worry about constant trips to the dry cleaners because the silky design made from polyester is machine washable.

Because it combines shades of blue, purple, green, and black that converge in an abstract pattern, this piece can be worn during any season and would be nicely paired with a camisole and jeans for a daytime outfit or as a stand alone blouse with a nice pair of black trousers at night.
