During fall and winter many women choose dresses that lack color and style. I say that you should have color and flair all year round, which is why I love the look and feel of this dramatic duster and dress.

Getting away from the traditional muted earth tones of fall, this outfit has rich colors that blend beautifully into one another. The georgette duster is made of sheer material and has a sort of batik look about it. Vibrant turquoise blue and regal purple designs are complemented with muted gold shades.
